Initially, I ordered the incorrect brackets. I posted them back and was refunded the entire amount in a timely fashion (I very, very rarely return anything, however these are not cheap items). Was very pleased with the customer service provided. Proceeded to order the correct holders for my personalized plates, which, again, arrived quickly and had the dealership attach plates. They look great, what more can I say!
