Refund policy

At The Flexi Plate Shop, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. That’s why we offer a 90-day return policy. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 90 days of receiving your order. Our return process is simple and hassle-free.



Step 1: Contact Our Support Team

To start your return, email us at info@theflexiplateshop.com.au. Please provide the following details in your message:

  • Order number (found in your order confirmation email)
  • Reason for the return (e.g., change of mind, incorrect item, product defect)

Our support team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.



Step 2: Prepare Your Return

Before returning the item, please ensure it meets the following criteria:

  • Unused and in its original condition (not installed, worn, or damaged)
  • Original packaging and all accessories included (tools, fasteners, and any other items)

Important Note: Items that have been used, installed, damaged, or altered may not be eligible for a refund.



Step 3: Ship It Back To Us

Once your return is approved, you’ll be provided with the return address. To ensure your return arrives safely, we recommend:

  • Using a trackable shipping service (like Australia Post or a trusted courier)
  • Purchasing shipping insurance to protect against loss or damage in transit

Please Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Bracket Buddy is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.



Step 4: Refund Processing

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the outcome.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
  • Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If your return is declined (e.g., if the item was used or missing key components), we’ll notify you with next steps.



What Else Should I Know?

  • Return Costs: Return shipping and insurance costs are your responsibility. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Lost or Damaged Returns: We recommend using trackable, insured shipping as Bracket Buddy is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
  • Faulty or Defective Items: If you receive a defective item or one that’s not as described, please contact us at info@theflexiplateshop.com.au. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
