If your bracket experiences a structural failure caused by defective materials or workmanship during normal intended use within 10 years of purchase, we'll make it right.
Simple.
This warranty is a voluntary warranty against defects and is provided in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Every eligible bracket is backed by our 10 Year Structural Warranty.
If a structural component fails because of defective materials or workmanship during normal intended use within 10 years of the original purchase date, we'll repair or replace it.
If the original product is no longer available, we'll supply the closest equivalent from our current range.
Any replacement continues for the remainder of the original warranty period.
In short...
If the bracket lets you down because of how we built it, we'll make it right.
Like every warranty, there are a few common sense exclusions.
Scratches, stone chips, scuffs, UV fading, loss of gloss and other cosmetic changes are a normal part of everyday driving and aren't covered.
A bracket that's been doing its job is allowed to show a little character.
Damage resulting from incorrect installation isn't covered.
This includes, but isn't limited to:
Any damage resulting from drilling, cutting, grinding, bending, welding, machining or otherwise modifying the product isn't covered under this warranty.
Damage caused by external factors isn't covered, including:
This warranty covers structural bracket components only.
Screws, bolts, fasteners, tools, Security Kits, Spacer Kits and all other accessories are excluded from this warranty.
If you regularly drive or live near the coast, we recommend periodically inspecting and maintaining your hardware to help prevent corrosion.
Salt has a habit of getting into places you'd rather it didn't.
Damage resulting from neglected maintenance isn't covered.
Making a claim is easy.
Simply email info@theflexiplateshop.com.au with:
We'll review your claim as quickly as possible.
If we need to inspect the product before approving the claim, we'll let you know before asking you to return it.
If your claim is approved, we'll repair or replace the product, whichever we believe is the most appropriate solution.
We'll also reimburse your reasonable standard return postage costs for approved warranty claims.
Most claims are processed within 10 business days after we've received everything we need.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
The Last Bracket You'll Ever Buy Warranty™ is provided in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and does not exclude, restrict or modify any rights you may have under those laws.
